It is mainly used for web narrow-width printing machines where the printing plate roller is an air-expanding sleeve type.

When attaching the plate, the air-inflatable sleeve plate roller is installed on a cantilever inflatable and rotatable air-inflatable mandrel, and the positioning of the inflatable mandrel is reliable and fast.

1. The version roller bracket of the plate mounter can be moved and adjusted, so the version roller or sleeve-type air-filled silver can be supported and used nearby regardless of its length.

2. The beam of the lens can be moved vertically up and down manually, and the moving range is large, which can adapt to the printing plate with a length of 838mm.

3. There is an axis adjustment mechanism on the left, which can easily adjust the parallelism between the engraved line of the plate roller and the cross line of the two cameras.

4. There is a clamping mechanism on the right side of the plate mounter, which can quickly clamp the plate roller to prevent the rotation of the plate roller from affecting the plate alignment accuracy during plate mounting.

5. A bracket is installed at the front and bottom of the plate mounter, which is used to place the double-sided tape of the roll paper, and the axial position can be adjusted, so it is convenient for cutting and using the double-sided tape.

6. The plate mounter adopts AC100~240V voltage input, which can be used in countries with different voltage standards.

7. The structure of the plate-mounting machine is stable and rigid, which ensures the precision of plate-mounting.

8. The two CCD lenses of the plate mounter have a magnification of 50X (17-inch monitor).

9. The two screens and cross lines of the plate mounter are displayed on a liquid crystal display on the left and right.

10. Using the plate mounter can improve the work efficiency of the plate mounter and the printing accuracy of the printed matter.

Abbreviations and habits:

Volume in imperial expression (BCM/in²) is usually indicated only with the acronym BCM.
Volume in metric expression (cm³/m²) is also indicated as cc/m², or just cc, or -less properly- as grams/m² or even just (and still inproperly) grams, referring to the weight of the dry ink that was transferred, but that’s a different thing.
