Use: It can accurately test whether the surface tension of the plastic film reaches the value of the test pen. It is easy for the user to know whether the film is suitable for printing, compounding or vacuum aluminizing, etc., so as to effectively control the quality and reduce the loss caused by material failure.
It is not limited to plastic films, but can also test the surface tension of various materials.

Applicable
materials: l Plastic film: PS, PE, PP, PET, PI, PC, NY, CPP, OPP, PVC;
Conductive materials: aluminum foil, copper foil, carbon foil, vapor deposited film.
Other materials: glass, ceramics, plastic sheets, plastic pipes, etc.

Instructions:
a.Select the corona pen with the appropriate dyne value;
b. Clean the surface of the film and lay it flat on a horizontal table c. Use a corona pen to gently draw a stroke on the film surface d. If the liquid does not shrink within three
seconds, the selected dyne is reached, otherwise it is not reached.
Note: When using a refillable pen, please do not use too much force, otherwise the flow will be too large to influence the judgment.

Precautions for use:
Be sure to close the pen cover after use.
Keep away from direct sunlight and keep it in a cool place.
